Making an Impact throughMissions

The mission statement at Ashworth Road highlights our passion for missions ministry. Our desire to be the presence of Christ in central Iowa and around the world motivates and encourages us to do more than speak about mission or even just give money to missions. We know to be the presence of Christ means action by being involved in missions wherever we see need.

When people engage in service, lives are changed. So we help to facilitate opportunities for all who are a part of Ashworth Road to serve in some level of missions ministry. Whether it is serving a meal at a homeless shelter in Des Moines, planting an orchard in South Dakota, or packaging and delivering Christmas presents to orphans in Haiti, there is a place for everyone to be involved in sharing the love of Christ around the world.
