The mission of Ashworth Road Baptist Church’s adult ministry is to help people develop and strengthen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to develop spiritual leaders who will be the presence of Christ in their community and around the world.

 

Many experts credit Sunday School with providing the long-term foundation of a church. With classes for all ages, Sunday School is a very important ministry at ARBC. People go to places where they feel they have been prepared for and will be cared for. At 9:30 every Sunday morning, Ashworth Road Baptist Church provides an age-graded Bible study program through small group meetings with three purposes: spiritual growth (growing in spiritual knowledge and actions), outreach (reaching people for Christ and our church), and fellowship (caring for people through growing relationships). Our Sunday School programs provide a roadmap for our church family’s development and platforms for continued growth.

 

Ashworth Road Baptist Church is one church with two expresssions. Both a traditional, classic worship service and a casual, contemporary worship service are held each week.

 

Attendees of both classic and contemporary worship services come together Wednesday nights at 5:45 for supper, fellowship, adult prayer, and Bible study. Childcare services are provided for children birth through age three, and activities and Bible study for children and youth and also provided.
